Yes, I am she!

Ha. Let me introduce you to the wild world of “what the hell is going on?” when you try to figure out if you’re really getting the best picture, the original cut or even actual HD when it comes to kaiju films, especially Godzilla. You’d think going to the source and getting the Blu-rays from the parent company, Toho,

Wing is always the last Gundam I recommend. If they want bombast and ridiculousness I point them to G Gundam (but warn them about the stereotypes beforehand). If they want war is hell (well, more war is hell than usual for Gundam) I point them towards War in the Pocket. if they want to see where it came from but don’t

So apparently it only matters if you got caught doing it on set. Unlike any other job where they will hold your conduct outside of work against you.

Maybe he’s only familiar with the Tom Jane version and that symbol means “impacted shit” to him?

Couldn’t find the original source I read, but this does shed some light on it:

In a series full of tone deaf moments, I can’t believe that’s still one of the ones that stings the most.

Yeah, which means that the department sanctioned it. I’m not kidding, there are counties/cities where the police legally have the Punisher’s skull emblazoned on their car, usually somewhere near “In God We Trust”.

I should add that I’m also upset, this shouldn’t have happened and it’s awful, but Dan Harmon should’ve been given a short leash and his behavior curbed a while ago. I don’t care how good his shows are, no one deserves to be treated like this.

This is the least shocked I’ve ever been. Harmon is known to be a complete asshole and treats people horribly. He made Chevy Chase seem like the sympathetic one for God’s sake.

It’s funny you mention Judge Dredd cos I feel like both he and the Punisher both have a legion of fans that don’t get it’s a warning/satire. Gerry Conway specifically created the Punisher as a warning about how we treated veterans with PTSD and as a villain.

I’m more interested what he thinks about the cops that worship the Punisher and put his logo on their cop cars. That’s the most horrifying one for me.

*waits for the people to jump in with their “you don’t understand the culture” defense like that article on the “really 700 years old trope”*

I guess it’s because I waited to do the grind stuff until after I had completed endings A-E (I held off on doing the final thing with ending E until after the 100%), so it feels more like I’m just spending more time with a game world I love, rather than putting off the end of the story. I did all the side quests I

I thought Nier: Automata had an incredibly breakneck pace and can’t imagine how truncated it would feel if it were shorter.

He’s been in some amazingly low rent stuff (A Talking Cat?! being the one most people like to bring up) and he’s a really good sport about it. He just wants to smoke weed and get paid to act.

Just everything from Legion. From the abrupt shifts into horror in the first episode to the last episode’s touching humanization of a “villain”, there are so many good moments. Any moment with Aubrey Plaza was a huge standout. Not to detract from the rest of the show (cos it’s a really damn good show all the way

God that scene was so good. Legion is amazing.

The only 2017 game I played was Nier: Automata. I am too afraid to ship for fear something awful will happen.
