Back in the day there wasn’t spending caps. Tobacoo money was everywhere and there were qualifying only cars with spares at the tracks for them to jump into if they got wrecked.  I’m probably conflating a few eras but the first answer is, no there were no spending caps.

It’d be better if Piastri just steams into the side of Max and does a pit move on him.  That way Lando keeps going for the win!

As a current owner of an 09 S5 with MT, I can say that Audi seems to have completely lost the plot. The S5 even in the earlier 5 doors versions still looked good.
