In my searching for Giulia’s I’ve seen a couple cars and Stelvios noting the sunroof is inoperable.  No idea what the specific problem is.  These were all older 2018ish models.

In my experiences with older Alfas that is very much the case. I’ve bought most of my Alfa’s from guys who’ve given up because they let too many little things and big things slide over time. I’d buy their hooptie (before the term was coined) and fix all the niggles. Alfa’s (old ones) all have known Achilles heels, so

It didn’t bother me on the highway but when I was local in Hershey PA and I was trying some of the local twisties is when it was literally taking over.  I didn’t want to pull over and start figuring out how to reduce/disable.  But it was definitely overly intrusive for exactly what you say!

I recently rented a BMW X3 and hated their lane assist.

I’ve owned 7 of those charming Alfa’s from back in the day.... My 73 GTV, 85 GTV6 and an 88 Milano Platinum and 89 Milano Verde were all daily drivers in the late 80's through to the mid 90's. I bought them used/abused and fixed them up to the point of DD. That fixing them up wasn’t any worse than the various VW and

that’s love for sure!

Mine:

Interesting take on the cars and happy that my Audi S5 B8 made the list.  Everytime I walk up to it those lines stun me.  It is an understated elegant design.  I call it my Mustang GT in a 3 piece suit.

Now playing

I’ll second your motion to restomod a Capri. My first car in 1983 was a 1976 Capri II with the awesome Cologne V6, 4spd and dual exhaust. I know later in the European run (Mk III) they got fuel injected and 5spd transmissions but I’ll tell you that the front end on the car could have stood some beefing up, plus some

bagdes of honeor.. There, done fix’d it fur ya!

All fair points... I’m actually shocked they don’t come in AWD.

Straight to CDC ....once cleared/studied, then to the self car wash to hose out the interior.

Go for the Kia Carnival. It’s a minivan in SUV clothing. Since its a minivan it’ll do all your growing family type things better and easier than a SUV. 3 rows, sliding doors, plenty of room for those forward/rearward facing car seats and easier to step into... PS: Don’t tell the wife its’ a minvan either....

I’m currently building a 1/16 scale model of this exact car. Would love to have this in my garage but $75K is a big hole I cannot fill.

totally agree, and they’re so cheap that if you just keep picking them, one is BOUND to be a good one right?

but it’s a good excuse to buy a house in London or the Cotswolds or whatever.” As someone who has family in UK, I can tell you driving fast there is really not an option. Speed cameras everywhere and the Motorways have this regulating speed thing that monitors your avg speed between checkpoints to also mail you an

Nope

I’m finding that anyone with the angry eyes modded or otherwise slightly jacked up Wrangler usually drives /is an idiot. Most of the ones by me never ever see off roading so are doubly idiotic but drive as if they are behind the wheel of their old Altima.

Agree, all slides should show the Altima.

I love Audi’s but only can handle one at a time....now back in the day if you walked by a house with multiple Alfa Romeo’s, that would have likely been me.
