Kept my Tonkas for like nearly 35yrs. My daughter played with them and then outgrew them so I sold them to a grandpa looking to hook his grand kids up. I was happy that they too would either pinch their fingers, run them over, cut the hand on the front end loader control, try to ride them down the road.... good times.

we set up some seriously big drops off of my dad’s ladder and tried to get the loops to work without loosing the cars!

My first real car toy that I remember is my Lotus F1 pedal car that I got at age 3 and had till about 10yo. I LOVED this thing. I wish I could find one today and just have it on my garage wall.
