Nope. I wouldn’t recommend an overpriced XJ with such a sloppy paint-job.

As a follow up to my own question: The ICE will still be around for years and years. But with our increasingly electrified future, there needs to be serious thought as to how to include these users in any sort of tax base that helps pay for infrastructure as existing gas tax revenue falls.

25 cents a gallon? There goes that awesome couple hundred dollar ‘tax break’ I recieved. Then we will get to pay tolls to private companies to build sub par roads. Yee haw GOP, really helping us out.

Gas Tax? Oh Christ no. Have you seen our vehicles?

I’m in favor of the tax hike. Though I really hope that if they do raise the tax, they are at least smart enough to index it to inflation this time, so it doesn’t fall behind again.

As is Rude Negro’s opinion of Kristin’s opinion (which is also a good opinion).

Came here to say this. We have one (‘16 Trail w/5-spd auto) and while we regularly beat the EPA hwy number in 60/40 hwy/city use between fill ups, I find myself wondering how much better it’d be w/more gears (and perhaps the 3.5 direct injection V6 from the new Taco).

I think it’s more of a ding on the fact that everyone else in the midsized SUV market is slinging 8 spd autos now.

I’m not going down the manual or bust road with this. Its 2018. A 5 speed automatic is so outdated. I know a lot of people who have bought 4Runners to daily, and one of the biggest complaints is how dated the powertrain is, and how poor the MPG is.

I seriously don’t understand the obsession with Nav, in car navigation sucks. Get a $10 phone mount and use Waze as your navigation. It tells you of real time traffic, police, wrecks, objects in road, and everything else you might want to know about your route. I’ve used in car navigation 2 times in the past 10 years,

holy shit I never noticed that before

Toyota: Hey we added a roof rack and colors. No, its still a 5 speed auto.

Sadly not the triple windshield wipers.

I’m gonna use that blocked-ad revenue money to buy you some nice, soothing butt-salve, and a mohair washcloth with which to apply it. Because you’re worth it.

We see these all the time up in Park City Utah!

What sound did the elk make when the rotor blades hit it?

Whoa.

You mean like a parallel hybrid PMAC/CBR1000RR 1960's Honda? I’ll hit you up in a couple weeks; I’m still trying to figure out how to fit 1/4 of a Chevy Volt battery in the trunk.

You’re suggesting investing in a Dodge Neon to someday be a high bid at a collectible car auction? Crack Pipe COTD.

I saw a second generation Chevy Cavalier Z24 convertible moving under its own power today.
