While doing penance in summer school 1969 I was constrained by the rule that only let you miss TWO days of summer session. Having already lost one with feeling crappy, I was up against losing two to attend the 1969 Watkins Glen Can-Am/six hour FIA race. I needed to pass the classes but, hey the GLEN!!! Solution? Use

The Falcon Heavy only has 5 million pounds if thrust. That Lincoln has its own gravitational field and zip code. You’re gonna need a bigger rocket.

Turnabout’s fair play, space creatures!

Because I’m fairly sure that’s the factory setup.

If the Passport comes back, that means the Rodeo is back, too!

TBH, this isn’t enough data. We just need more runs on a more controlled surface.

Easy, the act of braking allows the bosonic nature of the brake particles, or brakons, to flourish and therefore these brakons all fall in lockstep even easier when all four brakes are entangled, or in ‘four-wheel’ mode. Tyres also exhibit bosonic qualities, which is why when one tyre is only a couple of PSI off of

David Tracey isn’t that old.

It has done its duty, and far beyond. The proper thing now would be an Italian exotic funeral, which is like a Viking funeral, but on land. It will handle its own arrangements, soon enough.

I’m confused, CP...the axle is $50 to my door. The hardest part of that job is taking off the axle nut. $250 and you could take it to the shop and probably get free coffee and some fun convo with a strange old man driving a Venza.

That’s the spirit.

Didn’t even read the article. Instant NP.

I love that you have the world’s most complete drill bit set to use with a drill that looks like you found it in a milk crate of old Jeep parts.

damn that truck had some excellent brakes....good to see the stupid kid lives to stupid another day...... he prolly wont do that one again tho

The truck driver is clearly a robot. Amazing reaction time!

My understanding was that self-centering was about the castor angle. That’s why Jeeps tend to wander a bit at highway speeds: they have very little castor as they’re aimed more at 4-wheeling than highway cruising(I’m talking about early ‘90s and earlier here).

I think a high caster angle also contributes to the steering feel and tendency to return back to center.

No. they’ve got head gaskets to worry about

I mean, Archduke Ferdinand famously died with a can of Red Bull in his hand, so I’m not surprised that they needed some good optics right about then.
