Fuck those smug Germans, was about time they brought down a peg or two again, we shall fight them on the beaches, we shall fight them in the emission testing labs too!
If you have an accident in a car you are much less likely to be injured, even on the track. esp if your car is properly set up for it (cage, harness, racing suit helmet etc) No matter how well kitted out you are, an accident on a bike is going to hurt, a lot at pretty much anything over 40mph, while you wouldn’t even…
Really? I think you will find you’re very wrong and what I am saying isn’t my opinion but fact that is backed up by countless facts just a google away! Like this
Or just stating a fact which has far too much evidence backing up my comment for any one person to ever read. I don’t dislike motorbikes, they are amazing, just not worth the risk, as many of my bike riding friends are starting to realise and are getting rid of them.
No apparently I’m trolling so wrong (see the other reply to my comment), even though the statistics and personal experience of pretty much everyone who rides a bike or knows people that do says otherwise. I love motorbikes, they are amazing machines, they just aren’t worth the risk, as many of my bike riding friends…
The DS4 really surprised me in how much I like it, it’s a great car and looks amazing in it’s metallic brown.
But it had personality though? The Veloster is both slow and without personality, I can’t remember the last time I drove such a "meh" car, and I had a Vauxhall Agila 1.0 base for 2 weeks once while my car was being fixed after an accident!
*ditch water - http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?ter…
Does slow always mean dull? I drove a few 900 turbo's and found them to be pretty good fun, if not all that fast!
We did go for an Abarth 500 after test driving the Veloster turbo, no fun at all was to be had from it!
I agree, see my reply about my disappointment on test driving it.
I didn’t realise old Saab's where as dull as ditch water to drive??
We test drove one of these not long after they came out, was excited by the car until we both drove it, so dull, we ended up buying a Citroen DS4 D-Sport 200thp instead.
I wouldn’t go as far as saying luxuriously, my brother picked up his brand new Defender 110 Landmark (basically a fully optioned XS run out model) last week, it has lots of modern features (remote locking, electric windows, heated leather seats, heated windscreen, AC, a proper(ish) dashboard, a 200w Alpine sound…
What is this 80’s Cooper S you speak of, they didn’t make a Cooper in the 80’s and no original Mini left the factory with anything bigger than a 1275cc A series engine!
That is better but yeah compared to an S class, hell even the new C class, it’s a way off, like older Lexus interiors, I never saw the attraction, big clunky ugly buttons, cheap plastic and wood finishes, the new ones are better but Mercedes, Audi etc have also upped their games too.
You get a lot of car for your money but my god that dash looks cheap and nasty when compared to Merc’s, Audi’s, BMW’s and the like, sorry but I couldn’t pay all that money to look at those finishes!
you want to put more electronics in it!?!?!?
