I find it incredibly hard to believe that anyone playing soccer professionally is incapable of taking a PK. No one is going to purposefully foul anyone in the box. That makes no sense at all.

I will never understand why PK goals are credited to the shooter, who makes them 95% of the time, and not the guy who drew the PK, who almost never gets to take them. Or why the person fouled isn’t forced to take the kick. Soccer people, from an outsider, this is dumb.
