I currently drive an 04 Land Rover Discovery that I love to death. It gets 9mpg on a good day thanks to new M/T tires. So yeah gas mileage would be really really nice for a change.

I'm over being mad and now find myself in a constant state of sadness and morning that Porsche (which was the last bastion of stick shift freedom) has taken a walk down this road. Im just hoping that in 15 years when hopefully I can afford one manuals will be retro and thus the new must have thing.

I honestly think it is way to early to call that for Tesla. While I think that $200 a share is possible lets see them expand their line up and clear some government loans. I think they are up to the task though.
