FYI, the numbers are part of Mr. Robot’s episode titles. Previous season’s titles were (mostly) styled as filenames, and this season they appear to be going with HTTP error codes (e.g. expect the fourth episode to be revealed as “404 Not Found” and then the fifth as “405 Method Not Allowed”).
