The flyover states matter for one big reason: They vote. You’re totally right that the coasts could make a huge dent in the US’ carbon footprint without Kansas and Iowa, but ignoring the perspective of the flyover states is how we got stuck with Trump in the first place.

Jokes aside, my daycare is amazing. I know my child is happier and more advanced because of their influence. I feel for women and families who don’t have access to the same quality daycare.
