It’s the responsibility of the states to communicate with each other when someone moves, not the individual’s responsibility. If they tried to vote in a state where they don’t live, then it’s fraud. Otherwise, it’s just bureaucratic screw-ups.
In his defense (I can’t believe I’m saying that about Spicer) how could anyone be good at that job? Granted, the Hitler/holocaust center remarks was particularly terrible. But looking at this week, how could anyone defend Trump’s words and actions to the press? It would scramble anyone’s brain.
