Dr. Bronner, is that you?
Dr. Bronner, is that you?
I am firmly in #4. I sold my Kia Stinger last spring, about 6 months before my lease ended. Figured I’d take advantage of the market, make a couple thousand bucks, and custom order something. Then came 6 months of waiting for Toyota to build my car (luckily I was able to borrow my retired dad’s car for a while). Then…
How long do we think it will take before we see Guy Fieri driving it?
Get rid of the hacky side vents and the hood scoop (why would you put such a boxy scoop on a car with nary a straight line?), and I'm with you.
I will join in with the Minnesotans and present to you Wisconsin Fear.
Almost exclusively the purview of semis here in Wisconsin. And they REFUSE to use the right lane anymore.
Optional, but frowned upon.
I'm not quite sure about your assertion that EVs require a higher floor. The vast majority of EVs - both available and planned - use the skateboard chassis model. While that integrated battery module is indeed going to be several inches thick, you also don't have everything else that takes up space under the car.…
Seems like a cash grab to me. His insurance should at least provide a rental if he has full coverage.
“can we at least leave the JNCOs in the past?”
Being a mechanical keyboard hobbyist, I kind of have to laugh at the $50 keyboard bit. I just spent over $300 on a keyboard that I have to put together myself.
The interior doesn't look BAD, per se, but I think the Civic dash looks better with the long mesh trim. Especially since the Acura seems to be using the same design for the vents here, I think they could have carried that bit over without anyone complaining.
This doesn’t make sense. If his card statement shows a payment, then the employee would have had to process it through the dealer’s point of sale. There’s nothing there for the employee to steal. They could have copied the card information and bought stuff with it, but that wouldn’t show up as the dealer on the…
Correction. American companies are not willing to pay people enough to afford American-made goods, nor are they willing to accept the smaller profit margins. We bought American for a few centuries before everyone started outsourcing to increase profits.
God damn you. I literally spent 3 hours last night browsing through local auctions. And now you've spoon fed me this. There are at least half a dozen things I'll be bidding on.
Here’s a good option. The Hyundai Genesis that they sold before Genesis became a separate brand. Might take some looking to find one with decent mileage in the OP’s budget and location, but they’re out there and can be a great deal. It isn't the most fuel efficient, but should still return close to 30 mpg on the…
Longer wheelbase, lower to the ground. My last car was a Kia Stinger, and that glided over just about anything. It was technically a "compact" I think, but was significantly longer than the Mazda hatch it replaced.
Having owned a couple of small hatchbacks, I would definitely shy away from the CT. The short wheelbase is just not conducive to a super smooth ride. While I've found them to be comfortable, I can still feel the expansion joints going down the highway. Both in my old Mazda 3 and in my new Corolla. Get something…
I actually kind of dig the Devel. The image shown in the article makes it look like it could be two cars. The front looks very modern-boutique-hypercar. But it also looks like it could be the back end of one of those long coupes they made during the 20s and 30s (like an old Talbot or Bugatti).
I found this in less than 5 minutes of looking. An SS with similar miles is going to run anywhere from $6-16k more from what I’m seeing. shorturl.at/rKTY3
