I totally feel you re: restaurant salads, but I would feel like a total fraud ordering both a salad and fries with a burger. There’s no way that salad is getting eaten before I’m full up with fries and burger.
I’m totally a 30 year old grandma and I don’t care. I like quiet and dogs and other people’s babies, and I hate crowds and cacophony and being tired and hungover.
It’s just a lettuce that has a texture that I guess you could describe as buttery. It’s softer and thicker than iceberg and less bitter than romaine.
But who gets a salad *and* fries with a burger????
She hosts a show that’s like a cross between Strictly and American Idol. But nowhere near as popular as either of them.
