BTW Sean and I graduated from the same HS- Glenbard West in Glen Ellyn, Illinois (western suburb). He was a year ahead of me and because it was the 80s no one ever talked about anything LGBT, much less came out to anyone.

Sincere question: do you follow that same reasoning when it applies to closeted anti-gay politicians/activists? I’m just vengeful enough where I think that they should be outed as forcefully as possible, even if they’re doing something more in the gray area, like hiring gay sex workers.

I can’t even imagine how emotionally confusing it must have been to be in the closet while portraying one of the most famous gay characters on television.
