Yes. Business in the front, party in the back. :)

Because they’ve seen what happens when they take the pressure off him, he admitted it himself, he stops selling. Give him a couple extra more months and I bet he’d start buying vehicles to store again. The man might be on the older side, but he is also a hoarder. That is an illness that will not get better without at

Hell, if he really cared about saving them, he could have started marking them down to the $300 scrap value and selling to to people other than the scrap metal dealer, since that's all he ended up getting for many of them anyway.

I guess Miata wasn't the answer after all...

Mack, your car choices parallel mine in many ways. LS400 topped my list when I was looking for a comfortable long distance cruiser.

I have owned this same year LS, a 97 LS, along with a 95 Acura Legend and currently own a 94 Mercedes E320 with 166k. While it may have seemed equal in the early 90's, the Mercedes is better. (With the exception of cupholders.) The quality of materials shows itself today. I’d love a head to head comparison 25 years

They are very nice, very well built and designed car. But they still have the ambiance and sense of occasion of a Camry with leather. And they are definitely not without their fair share of expensive dilemmas.

Hold on just a minute, Mack. Have you already changed your mind about sedans?

You sold a Miata and bought a Lexus?

Also folks, just because you see a 2018 on the lot don’t automatically expect it to be a better deal than a 19, which is likely "leftover" at this point.  Some brands have dialed back factory rebate support for the 2018 cars and since the dealer cost is the same, the stores may not be able to offer a better deal

Dealers are like, “OMG!!! We have 2018s in stock!” Meanwhile, Nissan and Dodge are still peddling 2008 models.

It is weird that the LX far outsells the LC anymore too.

Station wagon’s were literally on truck chassis in the beginning. They’ve just added 4wd and ground clearance over the old formula. Time marches on.

So do Rolex watches. Not everything is for everyone. It's a niche, range topping SUV.

Well everyone knows Mormons have money, especially the ones running the casinos in Vegas

When you’re old enough, all prices are ridiculous.

depends. in Utah at one dealer there are at least 5 on the lot right now.

“Things I don’t specifically like aren’t worth their cost” is one of the more inane talking points around here.

It’s certainly a sign that the divide between the have and have-nots is spreading.

You’re really trying to make “CSW” a thing. It’s not going anywhere.
