I would add the Toyota Matrix to the list of cars that could have been great. They offered it in manual, and with the peppy engine but not those in awd configuration, which was only available with a very boring automatic.
The uneven gaps on the hood dont do very well coupled with the interior to say this is a 110k car and not a 10k G35 with a body kit that probably detracts value of the base car for most people.... The part that really got me is it still a front engine coupe with all that ass on it???? Not my cup of tea.
Maybe I dont understand Mazda SUVs or the higher level Mazdas but from my experience in my wifes 2015 Mazda 3 and my buddies old Miata, I have no idea what people are talking about when they say the word “premium” around Mazda.
The 2015 mazda 3 was built like a civic, and the cheap ass interior fell apart in a matter…
The new Sonata looks strangely like a volkswagen to me, the hood lines look like a jetta with no headlights, or a jetta hood with a golf grill. I dont mind it but in that picture it just looks so similar to me. Even the rims look so similar with the slanted 5 spoke 2 tone thing going on.
Yes, I was thinking teh same thing. It would suck for the manufacturing engineering team to be relocated to the middle of nowhere....
Just because that guy was in the wrong doesnt mean that the reaction was completely justified either, I get where you are coming from.
Does this go back to why is a mentally ill person carrying a gun or can we not talk about that right now?
The bed is just sooooo short on the Rivian, atleast its wide enough to be real but it really sells itself short with a 54" bed length unfortunately.
I think body on frametrucks are probably the easiest thing to share a platform between EV and ICE vehicles. Companies have been offering it for years in the mining industry.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess. That thing is butt ugly frog like any other Porsche that isnt a 911 or a 718.... More appropriate in green with the frog face thing they chose to do for their style.
Only place paintjobs like that are acceptable is on windowless vans......
I agree, cars just look unfinished to me in primer gray, glossy or not.
Probably has a lot to do with Nissans selling tactics in low income areas.
I think the “upper” middle class might have moved financially from where people consider it to be over the last half a decade.
Ummmm, just keep the camino?
For the passengers or racing its a bit harder but driving down the road regularly it isn’t to bad to have a bench.
Wow I’m almost about ready to cycle to a new company car the manual ct4-v at 60k is definitely in the price range. Checks all the company boxes, american, and comes in dark grey.
Isuzu vehicross great answer
No I was considering apples for apples a k5 blazer or 80s/90s bronco. You can always go older if you want of course same thing would apply, already has a solid motor, good axles, and a good trans.
