Cafe stance is pretty good. Granted a real hardcore cafe racer position is close to a crotch rocket setup but a mild setup is a pretty comfortable riding position.

Yea man, that is it exactly, and that platform is the cutaway van. Buy the cheapest way to get your towing and size needs, and get it built to perform the specified task as a commercial vehicle.

A cutaway is meant to do whatever you need to it. You want the gooseneck to sit over the rear axle. Plenty of room to have built whatever crew hauling needs you have. Than you can outfit the area around the gooseneck mount to be more practical for your needs.

They come cab and frame you can do whatever you want with them.
