Except Goldsman arguably has talent as a writer and has done decent work as a producer in some cases (Fringe, Lone Survivor) if not has a mixed record at best. Scott Buck has done nothing right as a lead producer, but arguably has a smaller sample size.

Yeah hopefully he's not back. I haven't seen any confirmation that he'll be back, so my fingers are crossed.

I am somewhat interested in the movie… but Max Landis is the writer? Forget it. Ayer needs to be paired with a competent writer in order to get a good movie out of him (I still don't believe Ayer wrote End of Watch by himself). Max Landis is not a good writer.

Huh? IMO Mulder Meets the Were-Monster was an instant classic. The others were fine or passable, except for the Carter episodes, which were terrible.
