It was fun. My Fiancee and alternated sleeping and driving so we were able to make good time. We made it in 4 days, though going straight from Amarillo to Los Angeles in 1 day was a bit much. If I had taken an extra day though, my schedule for the next week would have changed and it turns out I would have missed

Honestly not too bad. I daily drive a 2016 WRX STi so I have a decent tolerance, and the iA was just fine. Like yeah I needed to stretch a bit after 18+ hours in the car, but my back wasn’t destroyed.

I drove across the USA from CT to CA in the original Scion iA recently and I was genuinely really impressed with the car. It’s far more fun than it has any right to be and has a lot of personality. It’s not exactly fast, but it has no problem cruising at a good highway speed for hours fully loaded with stuff.

Better tires are on the menu right after my current ones wear out.

I daily drive a 2016 STi and I’m wondering how many of the mechanical bits would fit directly on. Mine is still 99% stock and I don’t want an overaggressive tune or rock hard suspension (I’ve driven something like 1000 miles in the last 4 days) but a little extra power and better breaks could be nice.

Ah, that part. Yeah, my first car was a 1971 MGB GT that I bought in 2011 on it’s 40th birthday to the day. It was BRG and had the black hole grill and I just loved it to pieces. Only had like 22,000 miles on the motor when I bought it.

Thanks! My WRX was the 2013 Special Edition so it was bright orange and my STi is Hyper.Blue. They came obnoxious from the factory and felt like I didn’t really need to add to it.

I had both and MR2 and a WRX that I never modified and I’ve barely touched my STi.

I’m partial to “Keep the shiny side up”

Did the A380Plus get a single order?

DYNAMIC

I think they’ve been absolutely knocking it out of the park. The Senna is track focused and looks like it. It generates a lot of downforce. The speedtail is designed to go fast and looks like it. It’s insanely slippery through the air. The 720S is basically the best supercar on the market right now.

I absolutely love it! I'm getting an Oldsmobile Aerotech vibe and I 100% dig it!

I think I found the next jeep he’s gonna bring home.

That is a truly gorgeous car.

One can only hope it’s more like Le Mans and less like Baku

I totally agree. Can you imagine how that V12 would sound 6 inches behind your head assuming it didn’t instantly deafened?

Yes, but weight reduction can go further. Here is the MP4-12C, the Miura, and the Carrera GT respectively. It would be insanely dangerous, but how much fun would it be to drive them in this state.

The Citroën DS was first made in 1955, they built over a million of them, and it still looks stunning.

The 917/30K has unfathomable performance with 1580HP (qualifying) while only weighing 1800lbs. 0-60 in under 2 seconds and 0-200 in under 11
I literally cannot comprehend what that would be like.
