It’s been so long since I saw a headline about them that I’d almost completely forgotten about Wendy’s “mean teen” Twitter persona. While I admit to having chuckled along with them at one point in time, I also can’t say it’s aged well-

It sounds gross, but I’m fully open to trying a pizza with mandarin oranges on it-

I’m from Canada, so trust me when I say that I knew this and am actually quite proud of it. It’s just the easiest (and most obvious) way to say “pineapple and ham pizza.”

This was really beautiful, and not the kind of writing that normally appears on The Takeout. As someone who cut meat out of their diet to the point where it’s eaten once a month, I also found myself grappling with a sense of loss when it came to certain foods.

Hawaiian pizza was my go-to slice back when I ate meat on the reg, but it’s also a very standard and hard-to-mess up pie. Four different cheeses honestly seems unnecessary, and so does having both Canadian ham AND bacon-

This recipe is inspired. I don’t often keep mantou in the house, but I’ve gotta grab some next time I head to the Chinese grocery-

I would say just as much had to do with the fact that due to issues on YouTube’s side, it took far, far too long for them to implement drops that would allow viewers to buy team skins.

At one point this used to be my favourite Pixar movie, but I was thrown when, rewatching it, I found myself hating how self-serving and selfish Remy was. Yes, he learns from his mistakes, but I never realized upon first viewing just how unlikable a turn his character takes in the film.

I guess it depends on what circles you run in (or what echo chamber you find yourself trapped in), but my experience has been seeing a lot of unpleasantly vocal meat-eaters ironically poking fun at “fragile” vegans.

I initially started eating vegetarian (I now do for more ethical reasons) because I was unemployed and extremely poor. It boggles my mind that a vegan or vegetarian diet could ever be tied to wealth-

I don’t know about American prices, but for a Canadian that doesn’t sound too awful a deal to me-

Yeah, I was expecting food hacks like, and this is a bad example, cutting up a leftover slice into bite-sized pieces and frying it with eggs.

I’m so sorry I missed this yesterday when it came out but it was all worth it for:

I’ve been eating “Chinese fast food,” as I like to call it, for decades and I’ve never ever heard of a dish like honey walnut shrimp. It’s wild that there can be such a divide between American Chinese food and Canadian Chinese food that this would happen.

I will only accept this if your son is there to take a photograph of your achievement.

I appreciate it! I haven’t let it stop me before, and I’m not stopping anytime soon. Can’t wait for your final Bachelor recap!

I wants what’s best for this commenting system, and in my heart of hearts I know that what’s best for it is me.

I found that out on Wikipedia while researching my, uh, experience. What bliss it must be to not be genetically capable of smelling asparagus piss.

Ah, I see. I’ve had individual writers follow me, so I thought that was enough. I do try to comment early to be “noticed,” but it doesn’t always pay off. Thank you so much for your insight! Being patient will be a lot easier knowing the process involved.

I for the life of me still don’t understand how Kinja works. I comment fairly regularly, maybe once every couple of days, and still my comments need to be approved every time. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else?
