That said, Blizzard cancelling a game codes as good news to me, they haven’t released a good game in nearly a decade.

The benefits of having a weird experimental mode every now and then WAY outweigh the negatives of not doing that ever. And they have to replace an existing mode otherwise nobody would play it. League had a similar issue with game modes when they had 10x the playerbase.

Idk, I think it’s really easy and straightforward. Though maybe that’s because all the people I talk to use discord, so I’m not constantly jumping back and fourth between multiple apps/websites.

As a Scream-head, I find the beauty of the series is in how it’s basically the same movie every time, with incremental differences. Not to get too hoity-toity, but it lends itself to the whole meta theme.

It’s not, really. Queer people seeing people like themselves in games is a big deal, because representation matters. Just like the fact that this is the first “out” hero (at release) matters too.
