Yea, and now you can tow 8,500lbs too.

My buddy sold his for like $2200. Pile of junk that thing was.

I can do all of that with my pickup...

Thats not a strength issue, its a rust issue. Water goes down the C-channel “s-curve” frame section where it goes from the bed to under the cab and the frame and it is COMPLETELY boxed in. So all that water, mud, salt, shit, etc gets trapped and just rots through. Dumbass design.

Yup. I’ve been converted. Love my 1500 ext cab. Perfect size.

My father in law’s ‘65 Mustang GT is covered for $35k. It’s street value is about 25-28. Hagerty came and assessed it, so idk who you’re using but they seem to not be a good collector car insurer.

For sure. I know there are plenty of tie rod upgrades available too. I love the H3T too, but the 5.3 V8 ones demand a serious premium.

I still kind of want one. They are serious trucks underneath, and don’t get a lot of credit. I’d love to extend a short bed pickup one to a 5.5' bed.

One upped:

Nah, my buddy is build one way cooler... on 37s and tons.

Timing belt is around four digits at the dealer due to time.

Ya know... no one would have said Volvo 240s would start going up in price if you asked them in 2002, either.

Yup. I miss mine too but that motor... lol. A V8 that drank 93, made no power, and got 12 MPG. They sound great though.

Ya, this is def the culprit. Prob has stock UCAS and a level with a sweet sweet ball joint angle

I mean, I drove the Taconic in my full size Chevy last weekend and he isn’t wrong. It is TIGHT with a full size.

LG FUAD came on yesterday while I was working and I forgot how much I love that band. Even If It Kills Me and My Dinosaur Life got me through a lot of shit when they came out, perfect timing in my life when they did.

Plenty of Moog, Timken, and other brands that sell junk too. My buddy bought two Timken wheel bearings for his E39, one was made in Germany and was great quality, the other China and was clearly a much cheaper quality part.

This times in-fucking-finity. So many great memories of blasting this as loud as my stereo could go playing with friends. Nothing nothing nothing tops this. Smashing cars to pieces in slow motion drinking Mountain Dew with some 2000s pop punk and post alternative is bliss.

Damn. And that isn’t even an old article, either.

Full size Chevys have had that on their wipers for like 15 years now without having special wiper blades
