What a great stable you have. Currently have an 03 540i and 95 525i/5.
Not only do journalists think recent 3 series are lackluster, criminals don’t want them either.
We have a 2019 but I really love the 3rd gens. And yes fuel costs are not great - my spouse’s company covers all gas costs plus a monthly car payment stipend which made it logical for us. Otherwise we would have had to figure out something else. I looked at 3-4 year old 4Runners and the prices were so high it just…
Everything is good for her except the size. She thinks the Accord is too large and will definitely think the Stinger is too large. For all the reasons she loved her G35, I love my e39 540i for the same reasons and it is true that they don’t make cars like that anymore.
Hey hey hey don’t bring The Beach Boys into this.
I am honestly proud that our 4Runner was built in Japan of 100% Japenese parts content. There’s a reason they Run4Ever.
Let’s all agree that SantaBarb is a troll
Yep, that’s about what every major city up and down the west coast looks like. It’s a massive problem, just not a problem caused by the demolition of a freeway.

That’s good to know, although I would be interested to hear this from someone who drives the new E63 wagon. Ideally I would drive one myself to compare but I don’t know how that’s gonna happen!
Definitely test drive in places with rough roads. It can be really hard though to realistically gauge how you’ll feel long term over a 20-30 minute test drive though, especially when you’re excited. This was my issue.
Mine is also a Mercedes but for different reasons. Always loved wagons. Always loved V8s.
Not in the slightest.
Seriously? That is awesome.
Usually there are just wheel things in the back so you can roll the casket inside. But if it does have a tray at least it won’t be a flimsy thing and can handle some serious weight. Caskets are incredibly heavy.
Even though this car had a quieter exhaust than what will be available in the U.S., romping the pedal out of turns produced a swell of thrust and a nice soundtrack that made it clear that there was a monster under the hood. It’s not a raw, loud tone–but a smooth symphony of boosted V8 grunt acoustically enhanced by a…
