I’m sorry your feelings got hurt, but it is a pretty apt statement. Half the game revolves around Blitzball considering both the main character and his dad SPOILERS (who happens to be part of the final boss) are both star players.

I mean, kind of like rugby, only you have to score a goal into a net ala soccer but with more rugby like tackling along the way.

It isn’t really like football, more like water polo (hats off to the commentor who told me that because it actually makes the most sense) but I can see quidditch.
