Well I'm not sure what you are "no"-ing, as I didn't ask a yes-or-no question.
I agree. I understand the racial connotations of the film and the ire it causes, and maybe that in itself is enough to say this sort of theme should be avoided. But the idea of a ball channeling that era in-and-of-itself doesn't enrage me, as I am able to separate the controversies of the film from its visuals and…
Well as a black person, it kind of is about ME and other black people, as that's where the offense lay with those objecting.
Meh, I'm black and I wouldn't have been offended by this. I'm guessing people weren't so much thinking about the racist aspects of the movie and more just wanted to play dress-up. As long as they weren't talking about relegating black participants to service positions I can't get up in arms about this.
Between this woman and Ted Nugent, I have never been happier to have a channel missing from my FiOS lineup.
Here's hoping it's not as godawful boring as Marie Antoinette. What a waste of a spectacular wardrobe budget that movie was.
Bates Motel is the most awesomely fucked up show out there, and Vera Farmiga should have all the Emmy's for her acting. You should seriously watch.
I just don't understand why this isn't a thing already. It seems like such a simple change and makes so much sense for a variety of reasons.
Aw, you made a douche haiku for me! And it's grade-school terrible, how cute. Is this how you express your crippling sexual frustration? Run along now, time for your moms to scrub the crust from your saggy nutsack.
Interestingly, I did not conduct a report and yet I already knew this. I could have saved them all the time and money they spent.
Aw, somebody needs to assert his big manliness! What happened, mom forgot to cut the crusts off your PB&J this morning?
Mmm, morning after beer.
I wish I could take credit, but I'll have to thank Shawshank Redemption for that one, lol.
Andrew WK is the only guy for which sweaty works for me. Is that weird?
I guess when your denial is that bad you really can explain away anything. I almost feel bad for what she's been through, as I cannot imagine your life being upended in such a horrific way. But then I remember what her husband did and the fact that she was likely aware and did nothing, and that feeling vanishes like…
It's not unreasonable, but it's still inexcusable.
Did he ask her about the janitor that saw him performing a sex act with a child, or the assistant coach who saw him rape a kid late one night well after everyone else was gone? Or how about the fact that these accusations were spread out over the course of 2 decades and that the victims were not connected beyond…
Damn this dude (and you KNOW it was a dude who wrote this) sure does have a lot of rules for how strangers should behave in the privacy of their own relationships.
Some of those BeyHive tweets are pretty classic. O'Reilly is a racist pile of human garbage. Let's all shout it from the rooftops!
