Very true, not to mention that Pedro and his interactions with his roommates was a pivotal moment in the country's understanding of AIDS and those infected with it, particularly for those of us too young to understand the epidemic at the time. Puck will be remembered for being a douche, but Pedro will be remembered

Refreshing, but not enough to bring me back to a show that long ago shifted its focus away from seeing how random strangers from different age groups and socio-economic backgrounds might interact if forced to live together as a psychological experiment with entertaining results, and onto watching dumb kids get drunk

This isn't about "letting" or "stopping" anyone from doing what they want. Obviously people are free to do what they please. The discussion is about the idea of using harmful chemicals to obtain a racist ideal instead of just accepting who you are and how you were born. This woman will never be white no matter how

Why don't you just see that what you're doing is not helping you

As a woman who saw it in the theaters, I can tell you it was a piece of crap that epitomizes Hollywood's complete lack of originality at its absolute worst. Superman Returns didn't just offer nothing to women, it offered nothing to anybody but the actors and crew who at least got paid to film it.

I wouldn't be bothered. I think people get too bent out of shape over dumb shit like this, shit that really doesn't affect you in the grand scheme of things. When I'm in the bathroom, the last thing I'm caring about is what's going on in the stall next to me.

Hmm, title for this is pretty damn misleading - even if it was a tactless joke it was still not a serious suggestion, and most of the article doesn't even focus on that one reference. I'm not sure why this was picked out as the headline, other than to be incendiary?

If they only had them here in NYC... actually, on second thought, that would probably be a bad idea in this town. Men love exposing themselves in public here, so that may start some problems...

Also, if transgender people want total societal acceptance, then maybe they should stop referring to themselves with a unique identifier. Instead of labeling themselves as a "transgender x" they could just label themselves as a "x."

    Now playing

If Ally McBeal taught me anything, it's that unisex bathrooms are the way to go at all times. Especially when they allow for spontaneous dancing!

Damn, I have been had. I totally fell for the hoopla. Maybe because I wanted to read a takedown of Paltrow, not because I have a problem with her, but because I loooove celebrity gossip. I admit I was hoodwinked by the hype.

A friend of mine from Minnesota says up there, this would be considered "shorts" weather.

As a New Yorker who has enjoyed more days off of work and late openings than ever thanks to this weather, I say BRING IT ON.

Philip Seymour Hoffman, I am so sad for you and the family you left behind. This one really smarts. :(

Really? Now what? It isn't like he's the first person whose family wealth came from a shady place. Why does he need to comment, or does this even need to be a big deal? I assume most old money that goes back to that era has some slavery ties to it...

    A few things:

Lol, Breitbart and Wikipedia, two completely reliable and unbiased sources (*complete sarcasm*). Also: a conservative commentator at a newspaper, and a conservative blog. Not exactly what I would use in an attempt to make my points seem more credible, bro.

I propose we pool all of our money and hire Mike Tyson to box George Zimmerman. I'll get started on the Kickstarter.
