Indeed I have - that's why I'm asking you. I haven't seen anything that I would consider culturally superior, or even smug, which I admit Jezebel commentors can sometimes be. But if you can show me some examples of comments that offended you I would be happy to take a look.

I saw that too, was reading some article like "People You'd be Surprised Were Potheads" or somesuch and his name was on the list, along with Rick Steves, of all people. (If you aren't familiar with Rick Steves, I beg you to find an episode of his travel show on PBS - which is actually super helpful if you plan to

Where do you see 'cultural superiority'? Jezebel often talks about the rape problem in the US as well, but in this case this is a huge story going on in India right now. Is is 'cultural superiority' to point out facts and tell horror stories coming straight from the mouths of victims?

I'm in the middle of season 2 now and I realize I couldn't care less about the Bates and Anna storyline. I just find it boring as hell.

Wow, with this and the fiscal cliff negotiations the House Republicans are winning all sorts of rewards for generating bad publicity for themselves. Kudos, douchebags!

No thank you - your comment conjured up awesome images of Jay-Z and Chris Martin whispering and giggling over dinner at Gwyneth's expense, while she sits on the other side of the table glaring and asking what's so goddamn funny.

Oh links, please, if you have them. I would LOVE to see that.

I always want to like Kanye, but every time I get close he goes and does some obnoxious shit like bogart the mic at the MTV Music Video Awards or impregnate a Kardashian.

I used to be SO in love with him. I couldn't explain it either - I think it's the singing voice and the accent (I've always had a thing for British men). Plus the whole sensitive-guy persona. But now when I look at him I just think "meh", for some reason. Weird.

    Haha, brilliant.

She looks pretty cute trying to get the kids involved. It's funny - no matter who they are, all kids find their parents dorky.

OMG this is always popping into my head when it comes to censorship...

Seriously, well said. Thank God too for BBC America, it's one of the only basic cable stations where I rarely see any censorship. It's really annoying how arbitrary the rules are too. I actually watched a rerun of a show where they bleeped the word "boobs" recently - I think that might have been 30 Rock too,

    Hear hear!

Can we do a Chris Brown/Rihanna censorship day, where they aren't mentioned at all? It seems now every mundane thing they do has to be reported on simply because they are together again and he's an asshole. Just because they continue to do their damnedest to make their business everybody's business while declaring

That's for damn sure! My mother calls children "little copiers".

I love when people do this, as if those who are more innocent among us (read: children) won't know exactly what word that is. If you're going to do this, just write the word. I hate our lame censorship culture, though I'm glad we've progressed at least to the point where almost spelling out curse words is now okay,

I blame Ke$ha for popularizjng the whole lame-ass "dollar sign in name" phenomenon. Curses!

Welp, time to up my donation amount.

I think I just love her because I'm mad with envy. She literally represents everything that is prized in this world: attractive, blond, white, wealthy, famous, thin, fashionable, and with a career any of us would die for - sure she's made mostly bombs but she does have an Oscar. Plus she seems to have a decent sense
