I loved the comment on the (in-character) commentary on the DVD. One of the other characters calls him out on the slur “dwarf” and reminds him that the correct term is “little person”. And he replies that “That’s so belittling! We should call them big people. It would be a lie, but it would be nicer.” 

Whatever else the movie did wrong, the idea of ‘TLJ ruining Luke’ from ‘hardcore’ fans is the most hilarious misunderstanding of Star Wars characters, lore and philosophy they could muster.
