HTC and Samsung are going to try to sue Apple for it. HTC owns 2 patents that were violated and Samsung owns 1.

You are a moron. And I have a better username than you. I win.
LOL! I like that!
My friend got some HTC phone and it came with Beats earbuds. The $150 ones. Then, he had to exchange the phone because he didn't like it and they let him keep the buds.
The link that you put for 'Services Agreement' is broken and it leads to 'http:'
Great username, and great comment.
Just thinking the same thing.
Look for gaming laptops. They make those beautiful. Check MSi and Alienware for this.
I must point out that Google actually innovates. Are widgets on iOS? No. Can you download another app store on iOS without jailbreaking? No. Can you change how the lock screen functions on iOS without jailbreaking? No. The list goes on and on. Tell me, what has Google copied from the iPhone? I'm not denying that they…
Apple waits until a product is a more-or-less commercial success and a threat to them before attempting to sue their asses off. That's what pisses me off.
And, the best part of that idea is one time Apple said that Samsung made the iPhone parts very well and they couldn't imagine switching to another provider.
*facepalm*
It actually is. Win Phone 7 is amazing. Have you tried it?
BEST.SIMILE.EVER. Thank you. You deserve an Internet.
That is true, and while I agree with you entirely, Apple's goal is to take the knock-offs off the market. For the record, I do not think they are knock-offs.
I must point out that Samsung makes a lot of Apple's parts for the iPhone. So, Apple owns the patents but Samsung is the main manufacturer.
I'm just saying.
"Seems like apple is suing everyone these days for something."
I'm by no means a Samsung fan, but I have one part to disagree with. Samsung doesn't always make the best phones. I agree with you on that, but they have made a few good phones. Look at the Galaxy SIII. A lot of Android users chose it over the One X because it has better specs (by a bit).
It could go like this:
