I know you can use a lot of the standard Mac keyboard shortcuts (Cmd+A, Cmd+C/V, Cmd+Z/Y, etc.) using the command key. As for the control and option, I'm not sure they're functional while it's connected to an iPad.

In terms of speed, the One is better since it has a 1.7ghz quad-core processor (put simply, cheetah fast.) However, if you're already used to the stock Android UI, the One looks like it's a bit discouraging to buy.

1) Buy an NFC sticker and put it on your laptop
2) Configurate your phone with "Tasker" (for example, if you put it on the sticker it synchronize with the laptop)
