Eww. Good thing the de-cladded versions became available as early as 2003.

Black Edition cars with black wheels, black trim, black badging, etc, ALREADY haven’t aged well. The black wheels make them look like steelies, they look unfinished!
The probably would have invaded the French again
Reminds one of a narwhal.
Got to agree.
If Snap On was using me in their commercials they'd damn well better pay me. And the rich guy wasn't nearly as rich as Ford Motor Co.
You get rich by not giving stuff away. If he had worked for free he wouldn't be rich.
heh. I took a “breather” the other day and changed brake pads on my son’s W126... commenting all the way on what a joy it was to do simple maintenance on a simple, honest, well-designed car. Two pins and a spring clip? Pads slide right out.
I have a little bit of experience with this stuff as an IP lawyer who lived and worked in West LA at the time. If anyone thinks this story makes Brosnan look bad, that’s likely the result of not understanding how this stuff works.
In my youth, I considered Brosnan my second favorite Bond behind Connery. Then Craig came on the scene and made me realize the Brosnan era was pretty campy/techy by comparison. I know it’s sacrilegious (maybe because I wasn’t alive for the Connery era) because Connery made Bond who he is, but I’ve really enjoyed Craig…
They’re both stupid.
The PR you get from seeing “Bond” driving this around town seems like a drop in the bucket for advertising. If your PR guy was creative, you could capitalize on this big time with an agreement of some kind of public display at a fund raiser red carpet event.
Obviously Brosnan was rich enough to…
Yeah, that’s a good point. What would the brand perception of Aston be these days without all the impressions from all the Bond appearances?
It’s Saturday.
So they’re right, but are presenting the facts in a very misleading manner. Yes, LOTS of hospitals are facing layoffs and furloughs right now. However, many/most of these layoffs are to workers that do not contribute in the fight against COVID-19.
Why does the US have the highest number of fatalities when this originated in China?
Never mind the ~40% of Americans who are obese.
in what United States municipality will you be arrested for leaving your home during shelter in place guidelines? i live in one of the more restrictive areas and am still relatively free to roam in a cautious manner.
