Why is that Prince of Persia tweet in the middle of the article?
Its not (entirely) about people voicing their opinions against any mandate, its that they are being assholes about it and becoming physical. I dont care what side of any aisle you are on, pulling this shit should get you banned. We are where we are right now because people kept pushing the envelope with no push back…
When the purpose is to reduce as much as possible the spread of airborne viral particles, how does requiring facemasks not accomplish that purpose?
Is there actually an issue of people convicted in a Federal court of actually flying and repeat offending? Or is this primarily punitive? If it’s the latter, that’s fine, but I’m curious if the former is an actual thing that keeps happening. I’d think, at the very least, convicted felons are going through a parole…
If you don’t want to wear a mask, don’t fly, jump in your car and drive.
Basically, I blame the people who pushed this out the door to hit a release schedule a lot more than I blame the people who worked through a pandemic to actually make it.
Just want to point out real quick that this isn’t the first time a game has had this business model and had it pay off for them; Team Fortress 2 continually released big content packs for years before implementing microtransactions and made money because new players would buy the game when that content dropped(This…
Usually when they add in big patches like this they also throw it on sale for 50% off so I’m sure they get a boost to the bank account when they do that.
This sounds more like a psychotic episode or a bad drug reaction than a standard “unruly passenger” situation. The paranoia, the detachment from reality descending into violent, panicked behavior... seems very different from the usual idiots getting upset about masks or whatever.
I was always under the impression that you simply couldn’t open those passenger / emergency exist doors while the plane was in flight. Maybe the plastic cover of the door moved a couple inches, but I doubt the door itself did.
Maybe I’m not understanding, but what exactly is the issue? Is it that the PWS coming out of the speakers is too loud? Or that the boombox drowns out the PWS? If the boombox is something that can play loud music to the outside world while the car is driving, then I would kindly like to stop my subscription to society…
I wonder about that, though. Are these issues more frequent with the Bronco launch, or are they just more publicized because the Bronco is wildly popular? We probably don’t hear about it when a Chevy Equinox comes with mismatched parts because no one gives a shit except the buyer.
People don’t normally say you ‘nerf’ a bug, bugs get fixed.
I saw the same thing. Adblock/Ublock removes the “gift membership” link and text.
I would love if the pastures just showed you witch Pokemon you’ve completed their Pokedex entry for. Or if you could look at your Pokedex from the pasture to see what is remaining for a Pokemon. It’s real cumbersome to swap between the two.
This is definitely the most frustrating, I don’t even want to go look in my pastures if I can avoid it.
I was just thinking about this last night. It’s entirely a self made problem for them keeping the “box” structure in the first place. I get that its original implementation was basically because they were conveniently sized blocks of data, and that over the years players have used them in various ways to manually…
This is far and away the thing I am most annoyed with - pasture management. The other infuriating thing is: when you do a search for Pokemon, it doesn’t display the results of your search. It displays ALL Pokemon, except the ones that meet your search criteria aren’t greyed out. Pretty sure that’d fail the…
It wasn’t in the right lane, it was on the shoulder. That seems pretty aggressive to me.
Really amazed at the “both-sides-ism” here.
