Grossly excessive taxi speed. Take a look at the plat cam footage and count the seconds it is in real time - looks like the entire aircraft length of 70 m appears into frame in about 7 seconds, which maths out to 10 m/s or 36 km/h. That’s just back of the cocktail napkin math but no way would I taxi a heavy aircraft…
