Legalized Republican “jerrymeandering” (sp)? Democrats have gerrymandered as well, even admitting to doing so in New York to make it more likely to win certain districts at the expense of others. I know, Republicans suck, but gerrymandering is a bipartisan sport.

I would especially not ride side-by-side in the lane on a highway. I’d at least be riding single file along the outer edge of the lane.

And suddenly there are a whole lot more cables out there, and a lot more vehicle break-ins.

It also wasn’t the other driver’s fault, so that would explain them not necessarily being tested. Fetterman should have been, though considering the cause of the accident.

Wait, are they “illegally registered” (2nd to last paragraph) or are they “illegal, unregistered...” (last paragraph)?

Wow, publish a completely incorrect blast piece, then later publish a small “correction” and milk the clicks all the way to the bank. Great journalism!

But, they’ll publish a small “update” a couple of days after the original article that will be missed by the majority of readers - and they’ll have already gotten all of the angsty clicks they were going for.

I believe they’re speaking of multiple “blue” states, and Biden/Dems at the Federal level pushing laws banning the sale of non-EVs after 2035, and declaring that fewer than 50% of vehicles sold by 2030 can be gas powered.

So, you disregard your own opinions? Based upon your comments here, that’s actually the first sound decision you’ve made.

I would agree, as long as the speed limit increases are tied to legitimate drivers’ education and actual punishments for distracted drivers. Nothing like watching a vehicle not maintaining a consistent speed or lane travel only to look over at the stop light and see the driver holding their phone up on the steering

...it’ll save a lot of people from speed traps and getting ticketed in spots where speed limit signs aren’t posted frequently...

85 IS the limit on some roads in Texas. Then, as you said, 80 is the limit on many roads in Texas and Oklahoma, but also Idaho, Montana, Nevada, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.

Woah, sorry, I didn’t even see the dates. This article came up at the bottom of another I was reading. Thanks for responding anyway. Recommendations as to good e-bikes?

Well, thank you for demonstrating your lack of reading comprehension.  You were so eager to inject your own angst that you ASSumed people were saying this is “A-ok” and we should just live with crappily maintained products.

The 6th Amendment also states that you can have a lawyer (“counsel”) to assist in your defense. It sounds like he thought he could just invoke “lawyer” and they’d have to just let him go since his lawyer wasn’t present.

I’ve been looking at getting an e-bike. Riding my normal bike into work wouldn’t work out well for much the same reason. I have to show up presentable, not drenched in sweat from riding a normal bike in 100F+ weather from late May to mid September.

Has she though? She was in several shows before this (including brief roles in CW’s Flash and the show Scorpion, plus a leading role in Shooter). Since this show started she had a short run in The Boys, and now the whole FBI gamut.

Talking about this plane being 33 years old isn’t a ridiculous defense, and it isn’t about saying we shouldn’t be flying planes older than 10 years. It’s not saying that planes are expected to fail after a decade or two or three, but that ANYTHING manufactured will start to have failures over decades, and even more

Thank you. I was actually wondering the same thing, “Which airport code is MSP?”

Also, don’t you love how Kinja still mangles copy/pastes so your quote starts out parts of two sentences mashed together before any actual whole sentences?
