The headline bout might suck, but there are 9 other fights that all have potential. I would rather have an overall good card than just 1 good fight.

You obviously don't know much about the UFC or MMA for that matter. This is about as loaded as a non title card can get. It's also free. I understand deadspin is bitter the UFC doesn't give you guys full rights to their content but you just seem like a bunch of ignorant girls trying to smear the event.

I disagree about the Sonnen-Rua fight not being intriguing. Chael can still win alot of UFC fights, albeit wont be at 205. If you put him back at 185 he is still a top 5 contender and will continue to generate interest as a lightning rod for attention. And Shogun Rua for all we know could still be the Light…

That Hendo Fight was spectacular.

I think the Browne-Overeem fight is pretty good actually. Both are legit top 10 heavyweights in something resembling their primes. Yes both are flawed fighters, and both got wrecked by Bigfoot Silva fairly recently, but it's a pretty even matchup that should at least be entertaining.

Shogun comes to fight every time he steps foot in the ring/cage. He's taken Dan Henderson's best punches and kept coming. Despite his shaky TD defense, he is super active off his back and nobody keeps him down.

Never mind mentioning that sonnen's last 2 bouts in which he was "brutally wrecked" were against the two best fighters the sport has ever seen...neither shogun rua nor chael sonnen are should be anywhere near retiring.

It's clear you understanding of UFC fight cards is severely lacking. This card is has more potential than the last 2 UFC PPV's combined. Stick to writing about something you are more familiar with.
