I couldn't read a full novel for a few months after I quit because reading and smoking were so linked for me. I used to sit out on my patio and read and smoke for hours.

Driving and drinking coffee are my main triggers. I usually have at least one 8hr roundtrip every month, and the two weeks I was off smoking earlier this year was insane in that regard.
What helped for me was breaking the habits for a few weeks before I gave up the actual cigarettes. I quit smoking inside, when I woke up, after meals, on my walk to work, etc. That way I was dealing with the physical addiction and the psychological addiction at the same time.
Oh god, getting into my car after work was the worst when I was trying to quit. And it got bad when I was stuck in traffic. But I started keeping snacks in my car when I got a craving for a cigarette, and it worked quite well. Peanut M&Ms were my saving grace.
Driving without smoking is the WORST. Sitting on a front porch or on a patio in the summer time with a drink or a coffee is the worst.
Only fair that players take performance enhancing drugs to counterattack the league's insistence on performance minimizing umpires.
Calling someone "Mother of Ferrets" sounds like a sneaky way to tell someone they need a bath.
All hail MOTHER of KOMBUCHA!
Don't you underestimate ferrets, I've been bitten by one before and I assure you that they are a force to be reckoned with.
Hey, Escambia Academy High School:
It will be about several teens living in a dystopian future where 1 percent of the population controls most of the wealth and the other 99 percent of their generation not only can't find jobs but have been saddled with hundreds of thousands of dollars of educational debt. They will try to fight the malaise of …
They should call her "the Doctor," because that's the character's name, much like Bruce Willis' character is John McClane, not Detective Die Hard.
Technically it should be if you trust a family whose sigil is the flayed man then you should expect to be betrayed. Not to go all Song of Ice and Fire nerd, but the Boltons were the last challengers to the Starks for King of the North, they rebelled about 700 years before the time in the books/series. They had…
Robb never fucked over the Boltons. That was just stone cold betrayal on Roose's part
It may not be time to strike but it may be time to consider starting a guild or even a union that sets things like what your starting wage should look like, how many hours per day should be expected of you and things should be included in a contract and set some industry standards.
It reminds me of when Stephen Colbert was making fun of Sen. Kyl's "not intended to be a factual statement" comment (after being caught spreading blantant lies about PP's activities on the floor of the Senate) by slapping #notintendedtobeafactualstatement on the end of every insane tweet he sent out that week.
