I’m over 40, and I found it to be absolutely delightful.

This is the correct response to not liking something.
Whoever decided that child-Clark’s shirt would have the ‘cool 90s S’ deserves a raise.
I’ve been a huge Superman fan since a little boy (I’m 53) and this is the best new version of the character I’ve seen in decades. I’m sure the Zach Synder fanboys will hate every second of it, as well as all the people like the author who have forgotten that Superman is supposed to be fun!
It doesn’t work for me, but I hope others will enjoy it.
Put it right off it’s nuts
Reminder that pay-to-win isn’t the problem with FTP, cosmetic-only mtx can still be predatory as fuck.
Yeah, the only positive use for the consumer regarding NFTs is literally the one thing a company would never want to do.
Yeah that was never more than a lie to make people think it was a good idea. They never would have done it.
I don’t think they really ever had much intention of making things that transferable. Sure it sounds nice but no one I think really ever thought that you could buy a hat in RDR and wear it in Skyrim or some shit like that.
After arguing with him endlessly on that trekmovie site for years, It’s nice seeing him completely burn his career to the ground.
Honestly so long as you put 2 at the bottom, just about any other order I would respect, because this movie has put out f-ing bangers 90% of the time and I would watch all but 2 again at a drop of the hat.
I’m just impressed that you can keep them all separate in your mind. To me, they are just kind of a supercut of Tom Cruise running and doing stunts.
I’d put III lower for Orci and putting his idiodic 9-11 truther ideas into the script and for Jar Jar Abrams oking it.
You may not be not saying “just say no to AI,” but there are some people that are explicitly saying that, or who write about A.I. (like Luke Plunkett) in a way that is so virulently anti-A.I. it leaves no room for nuance.
Like it seems reasonable to use things like “machine learning algorithms to make the character animation pipeline more efficient” in making your game (like lip syncing with spoken dialogue.) It also seems reasonable to ban “this thing was created by a learning model trained on a corpus of copyrighted works” since…
But by this logic theft of trade secrets, which is a prosecutable crime, is not theft because you’re stealing knowledge which inherently means you can’t remove anything.
Except that “guns don’t kill people” arguments are used to prevent any restriction on guns. Limiting the terms of copyright protections (as I argue for) is explicitly a restriction on copyrights.
Sorry John, you don’t have a leg to stand on. Copying can very much be illegal, and Napster doesn’t exist anymore in the way that it did (like all p2p software) which if anything disproves what you’re gunning for here.
Except they’re not identical. People each learn in their own way and there is only 1 of each of us. Not everyone can learn to create art. These AI need only 1 to be trained and then it can be massed copied and put to work mass producing.
