Yeah, that was not the best of Janeway’s decisions, and to be fair, the episode of Tuvix itself basically recognizes that, at best, it’s an extremely ugly situation with not many good options, particularly for an isolated ship without much in the way of resources.

I mean, it was stronger than Enterprise...

In the seven years on that show, I think the only characters that got promoted were Tuvok and Paris.

Yes and no.

Honestly, you really shouldn’t do this.

...huh, I thought that by going through Early Access for years beforehand, selling an incomplete game to end users, they’d be able to release a product at the end of it that was devoid of obvious bugs.

Baldur’s Gate 3 seems to run fairly well (and yes, I consider that a AAA game in terms of production values and budget), although the limitations of the control scheme is why I’m not playing on that.

My ass is this because of the engine.

Look, if you have to keep shifting PR firms because they’re all not working out for you, maybe the reason is because of the intrinsic nature of your actions, and is beyond the ability of a PR firm to manage.

They’re playing their own game. They’re not fools, when the previous offer went out and bits got leaked to the press by “someone” friendly to the studios’ cause, the WGA went with both barrels in response. A lot of negotiations work best when the details are kept behind closed doors, and as long as the studios don’t

I’m thoroughly enjoying the game (still in Act 1, I’ve been busy, NO SPOILERS), but I’m noticing how Larian’s history with the Divinity games is causing some unusual friction here.

Kudos for giving Mass Effect: Andromeda some props.

GOOD.

I just don’t think they should mention X at all, just say “on the site formerly known as Twitter”.

That’s a question for the lawyers, although I find it EXTREMELY unlikely that this survives the restrictions placed upon fair use.

(including asterion by accident)

...my PC is a Half-Orc Paladin.

A reminder to always, always ignore the number that a company is suing for. That’s basically meaningless, its really just there to scare people and get headlines. The actual reality of the damages would get assessed during the actual trial, if it goes to one.

Jump really is so insanely useful. I’ve honestly just stopped really using normal movement in order to get into melee range, since I can just jump there and set up the right zone of control.

There two things I’m honestly kinda tired of in regards to the “Baldur’s Gate 3" discourse. Its not because these points are wrong exactly, just that they’re getting a little too tiresome.
