Yeah, this is less saying “Sega’s planning on entering the NFT Gaming sphere!” and more “Sega’s VP is reiterating buzzwords because he wants to reassure investors that the company isn’t going to miss out on anything big”.

I really hope that 343's been working on their tools behind the scenes, and that’s been what’s been slowing down their progress, because this has been a hideously awful amount of content being created. This is supposed to be a Free to Play Multiplayer environment, but you need to keep things fresh, and they just...…
I am over it, I just wasn’t expecting Disney to be over it yet :D.
Mostly because the bulk of QA staff are meant to be discarded once the project they’re working on is complete.
Ahh, okay, just a choice by the writers to not do a namedrop yet. And that’s entirely fair and reasonable, of course!
I mean, it was done in Max Payne 1 and 2, and better in both of those...
One question I have with the show right now, which is more of a “...huh, that’s weird” level thing, is “...are we sure this is an MCU show?”
I’m just picturing the speedruns that this is going to enable, by wailing on an invulnerable child for a couple minutes...
...yeah, but how is it to develop for?
To be fair, a lot of AFK Farming techniques/exploits have lower yields than legitimate gameplay does. They’re done because they can be put on in the background while you’re doing other things, like being at work or sleeping, because even shitty production is more than zero production.
I think one important factor in this is, if you’re planning on splitting the check, tell the server that before ordering anything.
There’s nothing more engineering than figuring out how to do a thing while you’re explaining why that thing is impossible :D.
Throughout the GameStop meme stock saga, there’s always been a dispute over how much of it was driven by extremely online trolls versus large and mid-sized professional investors.
Yeah, I fully get the hesitancy about copyrighting dances, it does seem like something that could possibly be exploited in the future...
Sad, but not exactly a surprise.
Outside of the fact that it’s absolutely batshit (yet objectively great TV) that one grown man assaulted another grown man in the middle of a Hollywood awards show (assault, it’s never okay!)
While this guy is almost certainly a true believer, given his active participation in the propaganda, you should keep in mind that totalitarian regimes don’t visit their vengeance on you.
I generally try to refrain from overt judgement on this sort of subject for exactly that reason. If you’re high profile and your family lives under the thrall of a totalitarian leader, they’ve got a lot of pressure they can put on you and it can be easy to buckle. People like pretending they’d be big and tough if…
Aye, that’s fair. SC2 definitely has a large learning curve for enjoying the games, you really do need to understand the units in order to read the action well. Its main advantage is the isometric viewpoint and the low number of players, its rare in SC2 where there’s 3 or more fights going on at once, while that can…
Aye, it is a problem, but it affects some games a different amount than others.
