Apparently Elizabeth does.

Definitely agree on that last point.  Sadly Honda never gave us the Fit Si we deserved.  Styling of the 3rd gen is...an acquired taste as well.

Good point.  I wasn’t looking at the 3rd gen Fit.  As the owner of an Integra for 20 years, I know far too much about those cars, haha.

Ah my mistake, I wasn’t thinking of 3rd gen with 130hp.  Was thinking the earlier ones with 115(ish?) hp.

Is the engine detuned?  F1 engines are designed to be rebuilt fairly often.

Doubt it. He had no problem racing with revenue selling a few thousand (or fewer) cars a year and that would still be the case today.

Most sports/GT car companies were CREATED because their founders wanted to make fun cars.  Not because they wanted to make money building boring family haulers.

Isn’t it technically sleeping ON your car? You’re not inside it.

Sorry, someone had to say it.

The RS had wheel covers.  The LS had alloy wheels (LS = Luxury Sport)

Those cars were a mess and weighed 500-600 lb more than an Integra.  Which might not seem like a lot in these bloated weight times, but that was a huge difference in 2000.

Fit and Finish might have been worse 30 years ago “in general”. But that would not apply to anything Acura was building between the 80s to 2001. Those had better fit and finish and build quality than you’ll find today.  Though not the hood line on this model, haha.

This Integra would rip the Fit a new one in any performance comparison, lol.

Yup. Either way though, these wheels were never offered on any DC Integra.

Crack pipe. This car is stuck in the middle ground. Not a GSR/Type R and a VTEC-less engine. Still a great engine, but not as good as the alternatives. RS and LS models are best utilized these days as track/race cars...but this car is too nice for that (and also not appealing for such a purpose because it costs too

I might be missing something, but that doesn’t seem too mind blowing.  And other cars have something pretty close to that ability.  In my GTI & C63, you can just push the button to engage full auto down...and then just lightly push it the other way to stop the window when it’s gone down as far as you like.  Seems

Miata ND

So they need training on how to get the most government handouts?  I suppose that is vastly different than selling a traditional car.

5th gear. Ah yes, because pushing green tech onto the biggest polluters makes too much sense. Shaft the end users / consumers instead.

Is it some kind of weird Jalopnik requirement that you can’t write for them unless you own 1-2 absolute shitboxes?

For some reason it didn’t let me post a pic. Here’s another attempt.

Hell premium was under $3.00/gallon less than 18 months ago.
