My 1992 Integra GS-R. Basically nothing that car couldn’t do.
Wasn’t all the engine development for this NSX done by Cosworth?
I’ve always viewed all these updated/new license plates with disdain. They’re pretty stupid and a waste of...basically everything. Just leave them alone.
I used Carbotechs on mine (for HPDE), and never had any rotor cracking issues.
100% agree.
I absolutely agree. But neither is sustainable. Also 2 of those are luxury cars, and one isn’t (expensive =/ luxury).
Amen! Besides that, and a few other minor issues overall it’s not a bad design. But the wheel well chonk and 4-5 inches of visual height front to rear need to be removed to make it look good. And I’m not talking about lowering the car - talking about cutting the fat out of the body.
The operator was probably just distracted watching Netflix on the main screen, just as the Tesla promotional photos showed he could do.
OR, and here me out here, why not hold people responsible and throw the book at them instead. How many times do we have to show that you can’t fix stupid with technology. If anything, you only make it worse.
Obviously there’s nothing sustainable or responsible about a 5000-6000 lb 4 door EV. If someone thinks there is they’re not paying attention.
Not Tesla’s fault that the operator didn’t respect the car. People think modern cars can save them from any situation thanks to govt mandated regulations and safety systems. If you want to operate a moving body bound by the laws of physics, you might want to learn the basics.
Or just make someone understand how a vehicle functions with regards to physics before giving them a license. Making someone prove they can read street signs and tell right from left (gas and brake pedals) hardly means someone knows how to drive.
Forget a separate license...how about we actually require training, PERIOD, to get a license? Right now you basically have to be conscious in order to get a license.
If the only problem you have with a vehicle’s aesthetics are the front bumper, then overall you enjoy the way the car looks. To me, the 10th generation is such a hot mess that there isn’t a single thing on the exterior I’d leave alone. The entire proportions are off.
I was a bit shocked at Honda’s limp wristed efforts for the 10th gen Si, giving it the same 1.5T engine as other Civics (when they had the 2.0T from the Accord already laying around). This time around, shocked doesn’t cover it.
I highly disagree. It’s much more difficult to change the way a car looks than to improve it’s performance via aftermarket parts.
Because the Si competes with it.
I’m 6'2". Sleeping in the back of my GTI is nothing but a pipe dream.
