As a Cayman S DIY’er, I thank you!

Rotors can be pricey, BUT you’re talking about a wear item that is only replaced roughly every 60,000 miles. Longer for the rears. Basically inconsequential. And if you really want to save money, you can go cheap on the rotors (check out RockAuto for instance) - shouldn’t really matter much if you’re not attending…
And why can’t most people afford to fix a Boxster? 986 Boxsters, especially base models, have inexpensive parts.
Boxster!
dammit >.<
insert name of any city ever founded.
so this is our snowflake reality eh?
GT3 is supposed to be all about amateur/privateer race car teams, using vehicles sold to them by manufacturers. It’s been adulterated for a while now, but I’ve heard that Ratel is working on fixing it.
BMW was a bunch of morons to use the M6 for GT3 (or any) racing in the first place. I can only imagine they did it to boost the image (sales?) of the M6. FIA shouldn’t have even allowed the entrance of the M6 in the first place.
I don’t think I said anything about it being unique. Then again a manual transmission vehicle with an LSD is, sadly, unique these days.
I used to have a 2015 TDI Sportswagen S (and red just like Erin’s!). Could get close to 50 mpg on the highway pretty easily. Loved the torque. Hated the transmission (couldn’t find a manual, and the programming of the DCT sucks on that car). Sold it after 6 months. Definitely had some issues with those stupid large…
Spoken like someone that’s never owned one. (or maybe you did?) Modern ones can be pretty good.
My fault, you’re right! Damn, I’ve been living a lie for years...whoops.
Not that it’s an applies to applies comparison, but the Fusion Sport had the 2.7 T engine and was available with a 6 speed manual transmission.
But will it still be ugly?
RE: Porsche.
I, too, was wondering this.
I love them, but to each his own.
He needs to suck it up and go to team Haas. God knows their drivers are the freaking worst.
It’s been the purist’s choice for a while now. Especially more so now that you can get it with the 4.0 liter engine. I love my 987, but would one day love to upgrade with something a bit more powerful.
