Most track sessions are 20 minutes long. Any performance car’s engine should be able to handle that without overheating issues.

But its the very nature of how the CVT works that sucks and is one reason people hate them. There’s no getting around that.
Nothing screams track warrior like a 4000 lb car. Glad to see Ford (probably) doing enough to ensure the powertrain won’t overheat. Realistically though, the tires and brakes will be screaming uncle well before the engine gets the chance.
Or they could just argue for more nuclear power. Would be an infinitely better use of their time.
The pass never made any sense to me. He exceeded track limits to gain an advantage, how the hell is/was that legal?
Same chassis, same engines...
Fair enough. As long as Porsche stops making the car so F’ing large.
It’s 100 extra pounds. On top of a car that was already too heavy.
“It’s gotten larger, more stable, more comfortable, and easier to drive. The engine has become more and more refined. The new one even has a fixed cupholder behind the shift lever. A cupholder. At this point, the car is basically a 928 with the engine in the wrong place.”
Holy shit that is Chandler!
Well sure, but the way I look at it, does the person wanting a solar panel system actually care about preventing further harm to the environment? Or do they just want to pretend they do to make themselves feel better?
I almost fell asleep reading this review. Nothing against you, but this car seems really boring. It’s super slow, chunky looking, and that interior is horrific with the tacked on infotainment screen.
I didn’t realize we needed an article to point out something so obvious. Now an article about the car in general, that’s nice though :-)
It definitely varies per person, and medication can have an effect. I will say however, that I’ve taken lots of medication that warns of mixing with alcohol, and have never noticed a difference (I wasn’t being reckless just going nuts with it, just a little at a time...making sure I wouldn’t end up like Leo on ‘ludes…
Maybe my perception is off, but 0.086% BAC doesn’t seem “pretty drunk” to me.
that’s one component, hahaha.
Wow man, that went right over your head. In China the PRODUCTION methods of solar panels are very, very dirty. Really bad for the local environment.
Never count the Germans out. Besides, they could just transfer their technological focus to nuclear power generation...
As long as the panels were made in USA, not China where nobody gives a damn about the environment.
And I’d still pick the Alfa every time. Because I want emotion in my car, not some duckfaced appliance.
