And under Trump the US is on it’s way to producing more oil & NG than ever, something that HURTS Russia’s economy.

Except emission problems related to diesels mainly have to do with exhaust gas treatment and particulates. That has nothing to do with catalytic converters.
A kickass economy and record low unemployment tends to result in good approval ratings.
Smog isn’t going to make a comeback unless catalytic converters somehow disappear.
Thanks, but I’m not interested in sedan based cars.
Agreed. But no manual no care.
Give credit where credit is due. The MkIV is a beautiful car and had work class handling at the time.
Problem with Ferraris? Maybe, but large power gains in the last 20 years is hardly limited to a few cars. Contemporary 911 in 1993 had 247 hp. 2018 911 has 370, a 30%+ improvement. Some say the MkIV was more a competitor of the 911 Turbo (it wasn’t) and that car has gone from 320 to 520 hp while maintaining a price…
No manual.
Neither Huracan or 488 have 700+ hp. Huracan’s excuse for it’s weight is AWD, the 488 GTB has no excuse and is actually heavier than 3300 lb; that weight is it’s dry weight. McLaren knows how to keep things light - 720S is 3200 lb. P1 is chubby b/c of it’s hybrid powertrain; around most tracks the 720 is it’s match.
Wait a minute,
I rallyX’d my (lowered) Integra GS-R once, the day after snowfall. It was, to put it lightly, a messy affair. I did pretty well too, beat a lot of WRXs. Probably because they weren’t willing to beat on their cars like I was, lol.
It’s not meh when the car weighs this little. 700 may seem mundane to you because it’s offered in a lot of American cars, but they’re all over 3500 lb (most are over 4000 really!).
Sure but that doesn’t validate anything. People are being presumptuous because it’s based off a BMW. Well so is a Mini!
I can’t be the only one that thinks Toyota would have been better off just offering a faster FRS option?
Do you have some secret info unavailable to the rest of us? Nobody has announced pricing. Also, if you think that the A90 is going to be built to the same quality level as the A80, well then lol have I got some crap to sell you...
sounds like a diesel at idle.
I’m pretty confused too, haha. It all comes down to how much it weighs I guess (to decide the price). Given the lack of manual option, were I interested in a Toyota sports car again I would probably boost a BRZ (which was my previous car). Maybe it’s premature to pass judgement, but I truly do no want a 2 pedal sports…
BMW rates their turbo engines to product the SAE measured power levels under worst case scenarios. So under favorable conditions, yes, they make more than their advertised power ratings. Not all carmakers do that (all should), however BMW is not alone in this practice.
BMW makes awesome engines....for leasees.
