“Caymans sell a lot”. What does that statement mean exactly?

“I’m skeptically excited, and I’m really happy Acura found a corporate grille that doesn’t suck with that new down-pointing pentagon.”

I recently bought a 3rd car, with only 2 pedals. It’s a VW with DSG and after a month I deeply regretted not getting a manual. Ugh. Porsche’s PDK is pretty great, and yes useful at the track, but there’s more overall driving enjoyment when you row your own.

I can certainly respect the financing reasoning, if not the car choices lol.

I sincerely hope you are correct. But given that the GT86 is already 2750 lb, why wouldn’t Toyota just use that car’s platform instead of developing another one, at great expense, with BMW.

More like you just happened to buy cars during the Malaise Era, and for some reason kept those POS’s.

If any new Honda sports car doesn’t come with 3 pedals they can eat a big bag of dicks. And then maybe take one of them and fuck themselves too.

All depends on the vehicle W-E-I-G-H-T

Not really, if it’s heavy.

It’s sad, but what can you do?

Jamie didn’t fall into a lake. He fell into the river. The river which has been previously described as deep. It’s it in it’s very name?

Lighter, considerably higher build quality standard, and far superior suspension design are the advantages I would list.

There’s a reason it’s less money. Inferior suspension design and lower overall build quality. It looks and feels considerably cheaper than the DC or DA/B Integras.

But if you got a new turbo Civic you would have to look at it every once in a while.

Or it proves that fact the nobody makes high revving, lightweight, simple & fun to drive cars anymore.

Which is also heavier and has a shitty cost saving Macstrut front suspension design. Though I will concede that it at least has an LSD.

The newer, lower mileage Accord V6 won’t have the handling acumen or fun to drive quotient of this GSR.

Just because you got a screaming deal doesn’t make this car worth less. Counterpoint: a friend of mine just got $17k trade-in from a Ford dealership for his 95k mile ‘05 S2000.

You freaking serious?! Saved my ass...

Indeed. Thank God for all the Porsche sports cars already in existence. And Porsche, for continuing to support them by maintaining parts availability for all of it’s sports cars.
