You’ll occasionally see a villager walking around slowly with thought bubbles over their head. It can be a few things, but sometimes when you talk to them like that they’ll talk about how they’re thinking about moving and you have the option to convince them to stay or bid them farewell.

There’s definitely room to get in on the genre since Mario Kart is locked down into Nintendo systems, but usually they miss the mark in some way yeah. I remember one of the Sonic ones being decent though.

Technically things that aren’t OS compatible can be fixed by installing Windows on there, but obviously a less streamlined experience if you go that route. I don’t know that they’re taking that ability into their marketing claims, but it is a loophole they can point to.

I saw the yoga thing and didn’t realize it had motion controls. Thought it’d be pretty boring to sit there and watch it or press buttons to it more than once just to see it, but having it use motion controls makes it a cute little way to get a bit of movement into your day.

I haven’t found most of the puzzles particularly difficult, though I haven’t cleared the island. Have cleared all the previous islands though and I only remember two that I couldn’t be bothered to figure out on my own. Took me a few days to get started on it and found out the main story is gated behind real-time days

Personally I’m in favor of things being less grindy, but also don’t think there’s any harm in having the option as a toggle.

It’s a fine design approach, as neat as it would be to ride your flying Pokemon across the map flying over mountains.

Does make his Final Smash feel a little lackluster compared to some of the other characters they’ve released that introduced an ensemble cast through that. Feels like they could’ve at least introduced the non-Disney characters through that. In the end though perfectly understandable from a licensing standpoint.

Moving past the nonsense that was the “GOTTA KILL CHAOS” nonsense of the first trailer, this actually has me a bit more interested. The characters’ look a bit better this time rather than looking like they just walked out of their house to get a cup of coffee, personally could do without the earbuds and apparently

Oh nice! Actually a few games that I’d be interested in playing on that list. Have been wanting to try out Squadrons. Got it from PS+ but didn’t get around to actually playing it before my subscription lapsed and I don’t really have a need to get that going again. Ghostrunner and Blue Fire look interesting to me. Not

Seems like it could just be planning ahead for a Switch 2 at this point. Assuming it'll be backwards compatible the "Target 4k" thing could just be to plan on being able to scale the games up on the new hardware once it's available.

Yeah, watched a friend play it for a while and I just found that art choice extremely distracting. The overall aesthetic is great, and the game itself is intriguing, but that low-FPS animation style is hard for me to watch.

Yeah, it’s unfortunate. Even if I had an Apple device, I’ve decided I actually really don’t care for playing things on my phone/tablet.

There’s a reason they want to crack down on leakers. I enjoy leaks as a preview of what’s to come, but people getting caught up in the theorycrafting and hating before the character is even out is a bit tiresome. Unfortunately most people don’t recognize the iterations of character designs and just get mad when things

Questionable staging aside, I would not be walking around that house in shorts and sandals. Person in the full cover suit thing had the right idea. I’d be out of there as soon as I felt something brush my toe with all the bugs crawling in there.

Yeah, a temporary “save and quit” save is something that every game needs really. It’s convenient and doesn’t create the save/load possibility. More standard on portable systems, and I’ve always thought console games need it too.

Steam has ways to connect a controller that has gyro and get it working with any game if you do the legwork to set it up, or someone else has shared a profile with it set up. So if the PS5 version doesn't have it can get it set up on PC.

Hoping this game is good and does look like it can be in a lot of ways, but I still can’t really get into the Starlord VA and lines. Since you’re stuck as him the entire game, really hoping the trailer is just not portraying him that well.

Which is why the PC version release of the “remastered” version doesn’t make much sense, though it looks like it’ll only be on Epic Store.

I immediately switched to Chinese the moment Paimon started talking. I’m generally dub averse anyways because of past experiences with anime and Japanese made games where I felt like things were lost in translation just in VA delivery (they’ve improved on that front more recently at least). Plus I figured it’d give me
