It’s a shame, but entirely expected, and I can’t really blame Nintendo as neat as these kinds of fan projects are. Would be nice to let some of these alone like some other companies, but is what it is.

Oh hey, it actually is. I saw it pop up on my feed for that price yesterday I think and probably would have taken the bite, but when I looked it was still at the normal price and most of the comments were saying it was sold out already. Guess it’s back. Well, now to take a look at performance complaints I’ve seen to…
Oh neat. Been keeping an eye out for those rare Switch game sales to pick this up, but looks like I’ll probably be looking for that sale on PC now.
It was only a matter of time until a group with more budget came in and made “Among Us, but not”. I wasn’t expecting it to be Fortnite, but I wasn’t surprised to see it there either. Ultimately Among Us is the better option it looks like just based on what’s described here just due to game options. Which, are daunting…
A Mega Man level maker seems like it would be super neat, the fan community has made all sorts of cool levels with fan made tools. Though one downside I see is that Mega Man levels tend to have some new gimmick/mechanic in them to make them stand out, which wouldn’t really be possible with a limited tool set. The same…
Disappointed that “Getting Hit by a Bus” isn’t a real game.
Mods can do some glorious (and horrible) things.
This is a little weird to see after just seeing the cross promotion for Xbox Game Pass PC and Crunchyroll earlier today. Figured they were closer to Microsoft after seeing that, but I guess not!
Definitely is a skill that will need to be learned, and over time will generate a fairly large skill gap. Hope they have decent matchmaking in place to make it not horrible for new players because of that.
Haven’t seen them less than 50% off, which would actually have some of the older expansions enter into a range where I’d be willing to buy them. The build your own bundle thing is interesting, and have considered it before, there are a few smaller packs I’ve eyed for a while. Once this Cottage expansion enters into…
I’ve kinda given up on Sims 4 expansions just because of the financial investment required (picked up a couple on sale when I first got the game), but this one is pretty tempting. Though my pattern of binge Sims for a few days then not touch it for a year makes that probably a poor choice heh.
I guess I’ve taken to just completely ignoring the mobile gaming space, but I had no idea this game even existed.
Yeah, I’m not really sure. Part of it might have just been hardware issues, interference with wiimotes or iffy motion plus implementation or something like that. I’m not sure how the attachment vs the built in motion plus compared, I used the gold wiimote I got with my pre-order of the original. Did have a friend…
$30 is kinda my sweet spot impulse buy area for Nintendo games, mostly just because they never go below that price anyways. With Switch games it seems like they usually only hit that price once and then never again though. Missed that window for Link’s Awakening, and I refuse to pay more than that for that game as…
I actually quite liked the motion controls in the original, I never found them too finnicky or hard to use. The game had its other issues, which the quality of life changes have mostly tried to address, though the repetitive nature of the main quest is still an issue. Overall I have fond memories of Skyward Sword, but…
Get to look forward to another variant of Not-an-Xbox-Controller required to play these games.
Not being able to “revert” to a trial account when unsubbed is unfortunate. If you buy the game, you’re locked into having to pay for the sub if you want to keep playing, regardless of what you bought and have unlocked. There’s been many a time that I wished I could hop on just for a little bit on a lower level alt in…
I haven’t picked up a wired adapter yet, just because I haven’t committed to really playing a lot of online games on the Switch, but I’ve wanted to and have also considered picking up a secondary dock to be able to move my Switch between my TV and my computer monitor for when my wife is using the TV.
Having some fans in there would help justify the ridiculous price they charge for the thing, and the overall bulk since the bulk of the electronics are in a small square.
Well this looks super neat. Love the art style, and tinkering with the builds looks fun. Have an engineer friend who would probably enjoy this too. On my Wishlist it goes!
