Oof, doing that on multiple characters is a lot of work. I wouldn’t do it, but if that’s what you want more power to you.

How much did they show of the villagers? Do they actually live on the island with you or do they just visit? Part of the charm of Animal Crossing is, of course, the animals and interacting with them and visiting them I think.
Nintendo kinda does Directs throughout the year that can have some pretty big info in them sometimes so it’s possible to see those before the next E3. Well, for Bayonetta at least. I don’t expect Metroid info for a long while.
I understand that, and I don’t really expect PS3 games as nice as it would be.
I don’t have much desire or need for an Xbox (their stance of releasing things on PC means I don’t really have a need for one for the few games I do care about), but I definitely applaud Microsoft for their backward compatibility efforts. I’m hoping it pushes Sony to follow, and not through something like Playstation…
They didn’t have the talking heads to talk about the console, but Sony’s basically already revealed the same amount of information about their console. Most of which identical or similar and mostly just buzz words (SSD, ray tracing, 8K, high FPS, backwards compatibility, etc). Nothing super distinguishing yet.
Having a good FC can make or break things really, and it can take a while to find one that you can gel with in personality and interests. For a long while I’d come back every 4-5 months, do the new “casual” content and then take another break. Now I find myself in an FC that I genuinely enjoyed spending time with so…
Quest for Glory and Space Quest, and to a lesser extent King’s Quest, were staples of my childhood. I’ve played through those, or watched my siblings play through them, countless times. I still go back and play through them periodically.
Oh yeah definitely, I’ve just been playing Healer a lot with current group so I was hoping to mix things up a bit there. Astrologian still it is!
Kinda sad there won’t be a new healer class in the expansion, but DPS does make a bit more sense for Dancer just based on previous games. I’ve been wanting Dancer either way, but I might not jump on it immediately when the expansion hits like I was planning on if it was healer.
I can’t really speak for the difficulty of getting into Balmung or what servers might be good alternatives (I know they’re out there though), but in a couple months they’ll be shuffling around some of the data centers (clusters of worlds/servers) and releasing a “World Visit” system. With that system you’ll be able to…
Kirby’s Air Ride City Trial Royale
If it’s just a quick doze the PS4 video capture might give some insight into what happened, but that is fairly limited and needs to be saved quickly.
The real question is if I can play Sheep Tag and Wintermaul Wars remastered.
The point of streaming is you don’t need high end hardware to run it, though, so a high end/high cost phone is kinda pointless for that. Heck, I played OnLive games on my Droid 3 back when it was still around and had a few free offerings (I never put money into it). A high end phone wouldn’t offer any more streaming li…
This is kinda what I’ve been betting on. I haven’t really had the time or money for a Switch as much as I’ve wanted one, so figured I could just hold out for the hardware revision and reassess then.
It’s kinda a hint at the answer, since Venerable can be associated with age which leads to Elder, while also meaning esteemed. Only reason I could think it was in quotes anyways, to draw attention to it.
Playing only a snippet of DOOM 2016 and watching the Eternal stuff my main thought with both was “this would be a fantastic template to work a 3D Metroidvania into”. There aren't enough real attempts at 3D Metroidvania, but these games would be a good place to start.
Interesting how the lighting changes in the first person mode when the camera changes angles in the third person version, plus a few other animation hitches, both I assume are to adjust for the angle change and help with rendering.
For most games this isn’t really even an option for exposure reasons, but Fortnite is popular enough that it can probably get away with it. They’ll likely still lose a decent chunk of players since your average casual player will go on the Google Play Store and see “Oh, guess I can’t get Fortnite” and might not think…
