I support that.

Dear Jalopnik Staff,

That was my reaction as well. Reading the article on in NY mag was one of those things that makes me think:
Am I just old and out of touch now and these things just don't make sense to me anymore? Or am I wise and mature enough now to realize this all just a bunch of silly nonsense and it always has been.

BRZ hungers for human flesh!

Yeah... It seems that everything you do now is already being tracked, could easily be tracked, or will be tracked at some point in the near future.

I was going to say that if you have your cell phone with you and on all the time (like almost everyone), your location can easily be tracked anyway. But with your phone you can turn it off, can't turn off your license plate. I guess if you want to go somewhere discreetly you're going to have to catch the bus.

I think what they're trying to say is that the problem with number 5 is the start date is too late to make it effective, not that it's a pointless law.

Is that a snow covered E28 I see in the background?

They just need to offer both versions ;)

The Star Trek car really should have been built using a Ford Probe.

It had a robot voice too! How did it not make the list? My dad had a Laser and let me tell you, I got pretty damn sick of that robot lady telling me the door was ajar.

I, for one, am excited about the 2013 PoS

What if you don't drive a lot, say 5K miles/year? Would that lower your monthly lease payments?

I think it's funny that in the video with Heidi Hetzer, it's like they got bored at the end and decided to leave even though she was still talking. "You're still talking? This is soooo boring, let's get out of here and get back to walking in slow motion."

It looks to me like the hood is popped open, so it's actually that the hood has risen, not that the light is sinking. The 3rd picture from the bottom gives you a better view of what's going on with the hood.

This car was clearly designed for space pirates as the back of it is a carbon fiber skull.

I didn't realize automatics came with that option, I have a new respect for them now.
